Problem

some tests defined in dbt-core are leaving hanging artifacts this draft pr is to test ci/cd runs installing a dbt-core branch dbt-labs/dbt-core#9195 to fix this behavior by adding clean_up methods to ensure various relation types are dropped at end of test run
